Sue & Joel | Sts. John and Paul Roman Catholic Church Wedding

Sue and Joel were married at Sts. John and Paul Roman Catholic Church in Sewickley and held their reception at Pittsburgh’s Grand Hall at the Priory. I was thrilled to have Craig back with me, he captured this of Sue and her family. Pittsburgh He’s not only a wonderful assistant (he takes care of EVERYTHING that I need), he’s a good photographer in his own right. He caught this image of Sue using his favorite lens: 70-200mm f/2.8L IS. Pittsburgh Pittsburgh What a glorious spring day, the weather could not have been more perfect. PittsburghWe also had a new assistant-in-training with us, her name is Christy and I asked her to grab a few behind the scenes shots for me. PittsburghThe resulting shot. PittsburghHow lucky am I? Sue is a warm person with a beautiful smile. PittsburghThis was a shot I just grabbed as we were quickly walking down the street and I love it. PittsburghThe ladies. PittsburghAnother wonderful moment captured by Craig. PittsburghAnother gorgeous wedding at Pittsburgh’s Grand Hall. PittsburghBoth the best man and maid of honor gave moving toasts with lots of laughter. Pittsburgh While I captured the image above, Craig caught the reaction of Sue’s mom below. Heather, these are such beautiful, breathtaking, classic images. I feel so fortunate to have been able to see these behind the scenes and see how you work your magic from start to finish. Thanks for including me in the day!

My favorites are the last one and the one with Sue & Joel walking down the street. Such romance and love in there.
