Amanda was such a stunning bride.

And if you know Jonathan, then you know that he is so much fun to be around, I had such a great time hanging out with him.

My assistant Michelle captured this photograph of Amanda and her father headed outside for the ceremony.

The weather could not have been more perfect. And check this out: the officiant conducted the ceremony with his iPad! So cool!

Her eyes are captivating.

First of all, LOVED the color of the tuxes. Secondly, the colors of the wedding were so bright and fun.

This is Anne’s twin brother escorting the Grandmother’s to their seats. What I love about this photo is the internal dialogue I had with myself when I captured it (which actually made me chuckle out loud, which probably made the guests wonder what was wrong with me). I imagined him saying, “yeah, that’s right, I’ve got two hotties with me, I am a lucky, lucky man.”

Anne and Michael met at Washington and Jefferson College, which is just a few blocks away from the church, so naturally that is where we headed after the ceremony for photographs.

It was so much fun to play in the rain!

After seeing Anne’s arms, I will never be the same. I have always dreamed of having arms like hers, but I don’t think I could put in the work it would take to get them.

I loved the way the wind caught her dress when I asked them to walk towards each other and kiss.

Oh my gosh, I thought that Anne’s ring was just beautiful. Very unique with a lot of detail.

It stopped raining and we were able to capture a few photographs on the W&J Campus, where it all began!

The introductions at the reception were so much fun, this is how Michael’s parents kicked off the celebration!

I absolutely adored Leena’s color palette, and the shantung silk bridesmaids dresses were to die for.

I love this photograph because it embodies the spirit of the day. What most impressed me about Leena, Jason and their families is that they knew how to have fun. They were relaxed and just enjoyed themselves… soaking in every moment. Those are her super fun parents in the background. No need to be stressed about anything, it’s your WEDDING!

I think I love this photograph because it reminds me of Cinderella leaving the castle as the clock struck midnight. Except I don’t think Cinderella wore Manolo Blahniks.

If I had to describe this couple with one word, it would be striking.

I don’t intend to be redundant with photos of shoes, but I really liked this one that Craig captured as we were headed to the reception.

The decor at the Pittsburgh Athletic Association was breathtaking, the cake was so pretty.

I really enjoyed the bright, fun, spring colors. They were a perfect fit for Leena and Jason.

The dance floor was packed all night. From the moment the bridal party was announced, E Studio kept people dancing with their amazing talent.

I was thrilled when I discovered this gem that Michelle captured just prior to the ceremony.

Craig took this photograph of Rachael’s matron of honor and her husband singing The Revelation Song during the ceremony. Happens to be one of my favorite praise songs and their rendition was very moving.

Petal drop during the first kiss, a kiss that lasted a very long time!

Rachael was absolutely glowing all day.

Her smile could light up a room, it was so much fun to be around her.

They were looking at me during this photograph, which means it was either Craig or Michelle who took it (since we are all shooting Nikon now, I would have to trace the serial numbers to determine the artist and I’d rather play in Photoshop).

The weather was spectacular!

After taking family photographs at Duquesne, we headed to St. Mary’s for the ceremony.

Just married!! I am so blessed to be a part of these moments!

Kristin and Mark have such an easy way about them. Being around them just feels good.

The crocheted collar around Kristen’s bouquet belonged to her grandmother.

At every place setting were these adorable paper flowers. There were two different colors and I couldn’t figure out why they seemed to be randomly placed… until they started serving dinner. This was how the staff knew whether the guest was having steak or chicken!

Craig was having fun dragging the shutter and playing with light. I think it’s fun to capture the party atmosphere this way.
