Nicole and Jason were married at St. Paul Church in Butler and held their reception at the Butler Country Club. Photographs were very important to them, so they decided to have a first look and take all of the photos prior to the ceremony. This was Jason’s reaction when he saw his bride for the first time.

I’ve had more couples opt for the first look this year. It has been nice to have ample photographic time to capture their love.

These two were all smiles, making it easy to capture their joy.

Mesmerizing.

I feel it important to mention how much I love Butler. I’ve had several weddings in the vicinity and I always love photographing there. I think I’ll market more to the Butler area, I’d love to have more weddings there.

Their bridal party was so much fun!

I love, LOVE this shot that Anne captured. Anne is previous bridal client turned photographer. She has taken several of my workshops, but this is the first opportunity we had to work together. Click here to view her wedding

Just married!!

Wow, talk about fantastic light, he picked her up and was spinning her around… so in love!

We were able to take advantage of the amazing light just prior to their reception.

A few of my favorite details.

I was demonstrating a pose for Jason when I asked Craig to take this photo. I love my brides!!
(PS. I typically wear all black to weddings, but their wedding was my birthday eve and I felt kinda crazy!)
